The Paha cemetery lies about 3/4 mile north of Paha on Paha Rd or 5.7 miles south of I-90 taking a left onto Paha Rd. from the Freeway.

This cemetery is overtaken with cheatgrass and shoulder high weeds, which camouflage huge badger holes.

When I revisited Jul 16, 2005, the cemetery had been cleaned out better than last time I was there. Some new metal crosses were placed over about 3 unknown burial sites, and several others had a white metal marker with the cross arm at the top of the upright, with the name on the crossarm.

I found 8 new listings, but there have been no new burials since 1944. Those followed by an asterisk, I found no marker or stone for. These were from my last survey.

I surveyed the cemetery on Oct 02, 1999, reading all the markers I could find. I used a digital camera to read it this last time, so I have a photo of all existing markers and stones.
