To reach the cemetery take the Genesee-Troy Rd from Hwy 8 for about 5 mi then turn southeast onto Lone Star Rd. The cemetery will be on your right in about ½ mi.

Cordelia Cemetery lies behind Cordelia Lutheran Church. The church is the oldest standing Lutheran Church in Idaho, which was organized by Peter Carlson, Nov 14, 1880. There is one service a year held here, an Easter Sunrise Service, with an occasional wedding, which is happening less as time goes by.

I walked and surveyed this cemetery on May 30, 1999. It contains all existing and legible stones.
